URB Renovations is a commercial renovation company delivering high quality fit-out and refurbishment services across Scotland and the UK. We specialise in transforming commercial spaces so your business looks better, works better and grows faster.
Most of our work is in convenience retail: supermarkets, off licences, symbol group stores and independents. It is a sector with its own rules. Stock has to keep moving, chillers cannot go down, tills have to keep ringing, and a week of closure costs more than most of the work itself. We plan around that rather than treating it as an inconvenience.
Because we self-deliver most trades, refrigeration, electrical, joinery, flooring and decoration sit under one contract and one programme. You get one point of contact and one firm accountable for the result, instead of co-ordinating separate contractors who each blame the last one.
