About This Project
URB Renovations carried out a complete refurbishment of this SPAR store on Muir Street, Larkhall. The scope covered refrigeration, flooring, lighting and decoration, delivered under one contract rather than a set of separate trades.
As with all of our convenience retail work, refrigeration, electrical, flooring and decoration were co-ordinated by a single project manager, so the client had one point of contact for the whole job rather than several.
